PROFILE

Profile Injection Moulding was founded in the early 90's primarily to service the Western Australian building market. In late 1994, our company began to diversify into Custom Moulding, and this has since become our main focus.

In 1996, Profile Injection Moulding won the Commonwealth Department of Industry and Science HIA award for the development of the innovative Polymer Masonry Wall Ties, which are now a common place item on most building sites.

With access to state of the art toolmaking facilities, we are able to offer customers a full service, from the inception of an idea, to production of tooling, and the commercialisation of the final product.

In February 2001, Profile Injection Moulding was purchased by a Western Australian family who also owns a modern overseas injection and blow moulding facility with in excess of 42 machines. These international ties and local ownership provide the benefits of extensive international experience and instant, on site decision-making ability.

Our company boasts the latest in sophisticated European-made Battenfeld moulding machinery ranging from 15ton to 650ton, and we are therefore able to efficiently process an infinite range of exotic engineering polymers, along with the full standard range of materials.
